Paying your assessment online can be done 2 ways:  if you have a Paypal account, simply click on the action button to the right and follow the directions. Your assessment payment will go directly into the Association account.  If you don't have a paypal account, the other option is to use Zelle.  The Association account is through Chase and if your bank also uses Zelle you can be connected with Chase.   If your bank doesn't have Zelle, you can easily create an account online. Both of these features do not involve showing any banking account numbers.  The sign up feature takes care of that.  Simply use a phone number or email address.  The Zelle feature is free to use.  Finally,  checks and/or cash are always accepted!  The email address for Blind Shady Road Association is blind_shady_rd@yahoo.com
