The Blind Shady Road Association (better known as BSRA) originally started in 1975 when the Montezuma Hills Property owners were ordered by the county to develop a road association for the upkeep of the Montezuma Hills development. We were now responsible to keep Blind Shady Road, beginning at Blind Shady and Purdon, Wild Fern and Kilha
The Blind Shady Road Association (better known as BSRA) originally started in 1975 when the Montezuma Hills Property owners were ordered by the county to develop a road association for the upkeep of the Montezuma Hills development. We were now responsible to keep Blind Shady Road, beginning at Blind Shady and Purdon, Wild Fern and Kilham Circle farther up Blind Shady, maintained. The rest of the of Blind Shady joined to complete the maintenance of Blind Shady, Wild Fern and Kilham Circle. Let it be known that Blind Shady Road Association is not a HOA. We accrue funds to keep our roads maintained.

BSRA encompasses 2+miles maintained by the Montezuma Hills Property Owners and the Blind Shady Property Owners. In order to have a working road system, it is important for both sectors to give input as to how we, the owners want our road improved. That is why it is necessary to have an officer elected from each sector to ensure that the

BSRA is here for the owner. Working together serves our community. Be part of the Association by participating in coming to the annual meetings, paying the road assessment on time to ensure the funds are available for road repairs, and giving valuable input as to what you as an owner is important to your road.
