The Blind Shady Road Association (better known as BSRA) originally started in 1975 when the Montezuma Hills Property owners were ordered by the county to develop a road association for the upkeep of the Montezuma Hills development. Since we were now responsible to keep Blind Shady Road, beginning at Blind Shady and Purdon, Kilham Circle
The Blind Shady Road Association (better known as BSRA) originally started in 1975 when the Montezuma Hills Property owners were ordered by the county to develop a road association for the upkeep of the Montezuma Hills development. Since we were now responsible to keep Blind Shady Road, beginning at Blind Shady and Purdon, Kilham Circle to the right (now known as Wild Fern) and Kilham Circle farther up Blind Shady maintained, in 1987 the Montezuma Hills Property Owners asked the residents of Blind Shady, not connected to Montezuma Hills, if they would like to be apart of the association, allowing owners of both developments to have a say in how the road is maintained.

BSRA encompasses 2+miles maintained by the Montezuma Hills Property Owners and the Blind Shady Property Owners. In order to have a working road system, it is important for both sectors to give input as to how we, the owners want our road improved. That is why it is necessary to have an officer elected from each sector to ensure that the

BSRA is here for the owner. Working together serves our community. Be part of the Association by participating in coming to the annual meetings, paying the road assessment on time to ensure the funds are available for road repairs, and giving valuable input as to what you as an owner is important to your road.
